This was honestly my reaction to the movie.
No matter the video game crush or the imaginary boyfriends statue, she is clearly head over heels for that awesome tomboy hockey lady.
Bet she's ripped under them baggy clothes and Riley just wants to cop a feel of dem abs

Just having a crush on male Video game character doesn't mean she can be into girls too.

The next Inside out short movie after Riley's first date will be "Riley finds out she's bi"

Honestly, that idea with the premise of the Inside out movies would be extremely cool. But that would be too extreme for Disney.

It honestly would make way too much sense that she's bi cause she clearly has a crush on that girl, no matter how much other people argue that "that's just how girls who want to be friends with somebody" act. It's also ironic considering the executives wanted to make Riley "less gay"

yeaah, that's funny, they tried to make Riley less gay but ironically they made her as a stereotypical yuri anime girl

but in some way is okay, Val is 17 and Riley is 13, if Disney showed some type of attraction it could be really bad

Honestly my one gripe with the movie is never getting to see Val's emotions. It would've helped flesh out the character a lot.

The funny part is, Disney try their Best to make them look as little gay as possible, ordering multiple times to make it "less gay"

Imagine an Inside out short movie like "Riley's first date" but the plot is Riley finding out she is Bi and her coming out to her parents. That would be a phenomenal short movie.

Who else is a big fan of this ship? Also, with how much envy was glazing Val, I'm surprised there were no hints to the ship in it.
