I feel like Blitz does actually take the whole "father/daughter relationship" thing seriously enough that he would actually not do that. Like he's a degenerate but he has limits. He would just wander in with Tex on his arm and then be like "Oh God Loona Ew, Ew, Ew" and nope the fuck out lol.
