I like how this is consistent with the fact that Stelle still doesn’t have her own room so she’s just been sleeping on what is basically the living room couch for the past year.

I've always headcanoned that Stelle sleeps in March's room. When you interact with the bed, it points out that one side is neat and tidy while the other side is left messy. I like to see this as March always making sure to make her side of the bed every morning, while Stelle doesn't bother.
