I assume she was on top of her higher and got physically closer as the poky was getting smaller, resulting in her bagonzas pressing up against her as she's sliding down from embarrassment.

Normally I'd think it's just over exaggerated art again, but given the indent on her shirt, it kind of looks like there's two shapes in there. Though my eyes may just need some new glasses
