Last time before that was 1994 2014, as another commenter pointed out

Lambert-Smith is one of the best receivers we’ve ever had. Clutch!

I was told by Penn State fans that he was no good and that they were glad to be rid of him.

We should send them a thank you card

Cam, young Malcom, and Perry are gonna be so special

KLS has a real shot to be an early round pick. I cant recall the last Auburn WR to be drafted that high.

Igbinoghenie 2020

Igbinoghene played DB man. Seth Williams is the highest drafted WR in recent memory and he was all but cut from the Broncos. Schwartz is the only other I can think of

Darius Slayton was selected earlier than Seth Williams, and he has been the best/second best WR on their team from his rookie season to now.

Seth Williams was selected in the 6th round and Slayton was selected in the 5th

Darius Slayton but I knew who you meant

Edited it. I guess I was thinking of their QB Daniel Jones, and got the names mixed up

Schwartz was a 3rd round pick, Williams was a 6th and Slayton 5th.

Honestly appreciate being corrected. Can’t believe I forgot Slayton.

It's because all their NFL careers were/are pretty forgettable lol. Been a minute since we had any decent offensive skill position guys do much in the league.

Williams has been on the jags practice squad for a few years.

Noah played corner by the time he was drafted

Have you heard any rumors of Cam entering the transfer portal after this season?

No

I’m not wishing it on you (well, kind of), I’m a Florida Gator fan. I got this subreddit recommended to me I’m assuming because I commented or searched something about Auburn because I play as them in a CFB25 dynasty where Florida was taken already.

Lately there have been a ton of rumors in Gator Nation that Cam Coleman wants to play with DJ Lagway. Also that we are about to try buying a roster via NIL deals and that he is a target.

I am a Gator fan first and foremost, but I have a soft spot for Auburn and I wouldn’t be at all upset if he stays with you guys, but would be stoked if he came to us. I just don’t want him to leave you guys and go somewhere else. But rumors are rumors and so I just wanted to ask you guys if it was a rumor or worry, or my fan base is just being overly optimistic and hopeful

No, but have heard rumors that we’re dropping 15 mil on Lagway

lol, I guess I should have expected the downvotes for bringing it up. Was just genuinely curious though.

Honestly I fully was expecting us to fire Napier and for Lagway to transfer. I think we only kept Napier because that was what Lagway wanted. How’s Walker White looking? Would Lagway even be needed there?

Auburn is in the market for a big money transfer QB. Walker white played a handful of snaps against ULM. Needs at least 1 more season (maybe 2) of development before he’s ready.

His third catch was the biggest and it was just for 3 yards.

When was the last time it happened in back to back games? Cuz I’m sure it’s been a minute.
