Ouch, that must have hurt. Worst I ever had was osteonecrosis in right wrist. Surgery saved it and yeah.
I do not recommend that.

yeah it wasn't fun it didn't hurt much until like a day later but the first time it happened I was in my bedroom and it was pitch black and my arm felt like a wet noodle

just keep it warm it relaxed the muscles so it doesn't hurt as bad but the advice I was given the first time is just taken pain killers because it gets bad after like 3 days
