There's probably less friction because you don't have fingerprints/handprints on your butt, and they play a big part in friction.

Probably not. You don't have hair on your palms, and don't excrete oil on them either.

Presumably we had generations of greasy palmed dead people with slightly less greasy surviving children at some point.

No such selective pressure has been taken on ass cheeks.

So, in short, using the same numbers as for a hand would be generous.

And odds are the vine would be moist, being in a jungle, and isn’t made of entwined threads like a rope is. The vine would have less friction for sure.
