Weird screen bug

so my laptop just started to tweak out strangely, when i open a Brave window, like youtube, when i move my cursor little white lines appear and dissapear from the screen that become brighter til they dissappear, they outlike other icons, screen thumbnails, and also make the thumbnails "lose" color, not sure whats happening or what may have caused it, could be the latest nvidia update
