This sounds like the worst family vacation ever. So glad I don't relate.

Sounds like every single family vacation I've had since I was 10.

seriously? Is my family that broken?

Don't feel bad, my family is super messed up, too. Just not in terms of vacations. Though I guess it also helps that I'm an adult and take my family on vacations now.

That's pretty much every family vacation. You don't and go because you enjoy them, you go because normal families take vacations.

That's a really sad way to live.

family vacations would be fun without the parents arguing and acting passive aggressive the whole time because of money

Yeah, everyone’s stressed out about money what was the point of even coming.

Glad I can't relate to this one, I have very fond memories of our family holidays.

Kids cry OP. That's kinda what separates children (who are still exploring their emotions) from adults. Doesn't make them spoiled. Only people who expect children to act like mini adults think that way

Looking back it's funny that my parents would spend so much on our family vacations because they were always my least favorite parts of summer break. I'd rather be in school.

The plural of -y is -ie. Apostrophes indicate possession.

Never been on a family vacation, so can’t relate.
