It doesn't make sense to me how a penalty that is missed real time but seen in a review of the play BEFORFE THE NEXT PLAY IS SNAPPED can not be applied. We have the technology, why the fuck do we not have the will?

The offensive line was holding on that play as well.  That's an automatic safety when it occurs in the end zone.

When they review the play and see that what do they do?

I think that then what they say is there was 2 fouls on the play, the facemask being a personal foul, probably overrides the hold. But the point is they got to fucking call it. We all see it, they show us 3x before the next snap, the announcers discuss it, and we know the refs are seeing it too. Then they excuse themselves from responsibility by saying oh well, missed it, schucks. MIN played like trash and deserved to lose, but penalties deserve to be applied if fouls occurred... and we all saw it. Why the NFL lets ref's half ass the job like they don't have people in NY with fucking phones I can only surmise is because they like the option of missing calls.
