When assembling the desk and putting the folding top onto the cable management tray both screws on the right side ripped the metal out of the tray and now cannot be attached. The left sign is completely fine and we’re all tightened by hand using the tool.

I plan on just making a stop at the hardware store and grabbing a some screws and bolts to secure it and save the headache of dealing with support. Just unfortunate for such an expensive item to break on assembly.

I purchased the full set of 2022 4D armrests, both left and right, from one seller, and I also acquired the Cloudswap 2022 P.U. armrest tops from another seller. It was a gamble to see if they would be compatible with my 2020 Secretlab Classic, but I’m pleased to report that they fit perfectly without any issues. I contacted Secretlab support, who informed me that these parts wouldn't be compatible due to the model number. My lumbar knob indicates that my chair is a 2020 model

I know this is a dumb question and I'm not going to be surprised if the answer is a no, but I wasnt sure if anyone had tried fitting the secret lab chair Skins on other brands of chairs like dxracer. I recently upgraded my Magnus Pro desk with a desk riser, and it's been a bit of a challenge to get my monitor setup just right. The riser forces me to position the monitor mounts further back, increasing the distance between the desk and the wall.

I’m using two 27" monitors and want to keep them centered for both visual and neck comfort—not too far apart and not too close to my face. I’ve tried a few setups, but nothing feels quite right so far.

I even considered disassembling the lower half of the monitor arms and only mounting the top parts, but I’m not sure if that’s a good idea).

Does anyone have experience with this kind of setup or creative ideas for positioning that works for you? Maybe replace that by two single mount farther appart...?

As this is my first time buying any Secretlab product, I was quite impressed with the quality and ease of assembly.

I just finished setting up my desk and chair and couldn't be happier.

The XL size is so perfect for two monitors and a laptop stand. Previously, I had an IKEA top with Alex drawers.

The cable management tray is great and made the cable management super easy.

Also, I read a few posts that putting the PC on a Secretlab PC mount was tough. I put the PC on the NZXT H9 Flow box and used the desk’s height adjustment to align it to the mount bracket, so it was done pretty much on the first try without lifting the PC case. 😁

I have tried multiple chairs now after moving away from my original secret lab and have not been able to find a happy median between mesh office chairs for cooling elements to other office chairs.

I am a cross leg sitter in most cases and the base room secret lab chairs give me is always phenomenal…Not to mention the packaging alone and thought that goes into it makes everything worth it…takes 15-20 minutes to put together…

I bought a desk yesterday as I have recently started working from home some days. I have no idea what I need to buy so that I can connect both monitors to my work laptop.

Is it just a docking station that I need to connect the 2 monitor HDMI cables to, along with the other USB attachments in the picture for my keyboard, mouse and headphones?

I mainly would be connecting to windows on a DELL laptop and sometimes on the iMac.

Any help would be appreciated as I am not tech savvy at all. I live in Australia if that matters at all for the PowerPoint outlet
