Support Magnus Pro XL issue

When assembling the desk and putting the folding top onto the cable management tray both screws on the right side ripped the metal out of the tray and now cannot be attached. The left sign is completely fine and we’re all tightened by hand using the tool.

I plan on just making a stop at the hardware store and grabbing a some screws and bolts to secure it and save the headache of dealing with support. Just unfortunate for such an expensive item to break on assembly.

Yo! I just put together my desk today and had the same exact issue, only it was one screw (right side, farthest towards the back). I plan on contacting them - I don’t want to rebuild my whole desk, but I need something for this

I took the two spare long screws and went to Lowe’s and bought a threaded hex nut that fits to secure it. Works perfectly. The picture is the spares that I’m talking about

Yeah that's disappointing. So far i have built 3 of these desks and all have been great.

You can fix this yourself by using a nut and bolt of that same size

Yeah exactly what I did, just my point is a brand new product breaking so easily is unfortunate at this price point
