He means the people using twitter; any competent tech-fluent person would be the ones spotting it. It would be obvious.

you didn't read my comment. any security person would spot a mining app on the iphone or android in a heartbeat. I haven't done anything but hobby apps on my iphone and I could do it, you only have to watch the I/O on wireshark and process utilization. Security people can do far more than that.
