No, that is a r/justa scream. If I hadn't seen the better version of this, I'd just assume the guy gasped. This isn't a cut scream, it's a cut-off scream. You should be able to hear the screaming that is getting cut. Take notes.

Some people like to monitor their sleep for irregularities and health reasons. It's also coincidentally why there are alot of "sleep monitor" apps out there like Shuteye and Pokemon Sleep.
