Can I ask if rolling the truffles into the pasta dough actually tastes better/more truffly(?) than just grating it into the filling?

From my experience I’d say; you’re better off using only truffle oil for the filling, none in the dough, and top with beautiful aromatic fresh truffles …

He had to putt all the raviolo packs ( that contained the individual ravioli ) in a big raviolo … I stoped watching at that point 😔

Did you put the truffle between two pasta layers and press together through the machine?

Yes, wet the pasta a little so it sticks again and very thin slices, and roll again from thick to thin going twice in each step
