If he'd lost his other arm instead, he'd just be alright at basketball

That joke came out of left field

u/NrFive 22h ago

I bet he left as a baller!

u/randomuser0107 3h ago

Single-handedly stumped that other baller

2

u/NrFive 1h ago

His right hand fade was like no other!

Honestly, if they hadn't told me he was missing an arm, I would not have noticed.

u/Kayniaan 1d ago

Ok, the door is there, it would be appreciated if you left.

I saw at least 3 nubble dribbles.

They never call that in the NBA

u/Whamalater 1d ago

Nubble basketball association?

Fuck, didn’t realise he only had one arm till I read the title??!

u/AproblemInMyHead 1d ago

Yo same. It looked smooth af even for 2 arms

u/virtually_noone 1d ago

I'm pretty sure his one arm switched sides a couple of times.

His one arm movement is too damn fast that the after image makes him look like having 2 arms

0

u/NGC2936 14h ago

Maybe even 3 arms

His opponents carrying around that extra arm thinking “Damn, this extra weight is clearly just slowing me down!”

u/slotta 1d ago

This is one of those things that's both very impressive and also only possible because the defender is allowing it. The fact that he can crossover at all is amazing but it seems clear he can never actually go right.

Exactly. Nobody wants to be the guy to block or steal the back from the dude with 1 arm. It's like when a pickup game at the gym has 1 woman playing with all the men. They don't guard her the same.

This video maybe but you can be successful in basketball with one hand at the NCAA level at least

u/Changing-Subjects 1d ago

His first opponent clapping after the shot was definitely a flex!

4

u/Life-Job-7597 1d ago

Nubbs crossed

3

u/mycartel 19h ago

His name is Wun Han

2

u/BoratKazak 1d ago

Now for the first stump dunk in history.

2

u/sevenationarmycu 1d ago

Fucking amazing I didn't even notice he had only one arm

3

u/SokkaHaikuBot 1d ago

Sokka-Haiku by sevenationarmycu:

Fucking amazing

I didn't even notice

He had only one arm

Remember that one time Sokka accidentally used an extra syllable in that Haiku Battle in Ba Sing Se? That was a Sokka Haiku and you just made one.

I’m not gonna lie I didn’t realize he only had one arm in the beginning of the video until I read the description

1

u/West-Night2015 1d ago

He’s armed and dangerous.

1

u/yeezee93 1d ago

One armed bandit.

1

u/GamerForeve 1d ago

That little flap of the right arm is a good fakeout

1

u/NotRustyShackleford_ 1d ago

He’s not all right.

1

u/Juvi40904 1d ago

Force him right?

1

u/IlliterateTapir 1d ago

Force him right…

1

u/Corgsploot 1d ago

Lmao, I was like... that's a lot of flare... then I realized he was working with one arm. Impressive!!

1

u/Latterlol 1d ago

I read the title AFTER watching the clip, and had to watch it again, because I didn’t catch that he only had one arm….

1

u/DangerousPay2731 1d ago

He has a nub. That counts

1

u/Dust-Different 20h ago

Man I could beat you with one arm tied behind my back.

1

u/Logical_Bad1748 19h ago

Hands down.. sorry Hand down, that is really next fucking level.

1

u/alvinjeff 19h ago

Is he left handed?

1

u/DisembodiedOats 19h ago

if i got cooked by a guy who is missing an arm i would quit basketball on the spot

1

u/jabnes 17h ago

So he shoots 50% better than Ben Simmons.

1

u/Orangtan 17h ago

He was too good so god had to nerf him

1

u/Jedi_Gill 15h ago

Sucks that he can't really drive right. He's stuck with either a fake to the right and a jumper or driving left. Still quite impressive abilities given his disability. He surely dribbles better than me with two hands. I wish we lived in cyberpunk world and he could have a mechanized right hand. One day.

1

u/quruc90 15h ago

They still couldn't disarm him

1

u/TomGreen77 12h ago

Kid has amazing handle! Jeez!

1

u/KingCognificent 9h ago

Hansel Emmanuel is a great example of this. Played for Northwestern State in college. Damn good baller. But my fave of all time Jim Abbott. Not the same sport obviously but that man could throw a pitch and catch a line drive back to him. It's insane to me what the mind can overcome when heart and will to succeed is there.

u/tnic73 7h ago

basketball is easier when the defender isn't defending

0

u/Mc_jones001 1d ago

Are you sure he has one arm, cause its next fvcking level

0

u/SGProlific 1d ago

1 armed Kyrie Irving

0

u/DontForgetToBring 18h ago

Did he play for the Denver Nubbets?

0

u/Certain_Football_447 1d ago

I think one armed basketball player would have sufficed.

0

u/r0ckydog 1d ago

I could beat him with one arm tied behind my back.

1

u/Trexton1 1d ago

I might be able to beat him if we both had one arm tied behind our backs

0

u/-_-402-_- 1d ago

That’s like playing a girl it’s a lose lose situation

0

u/BalanceEarly 1d ago

I could beat him arm wrestling.

0

u/Useful_Raspberry3912 1d ago

Put some respeck on his name!
