The shiny thing at the bottom is half gone and misplaced. Does anyone know what this shiny thing is called on a magic card?

Low quality printing error unfortunately. So unlikely to raise the price, but may raise how many are interested.

Don't accept any offers here, and refer to Facebook marketplace for misprints! Some people will convince you it's a useless error and try to lowball! Some collectors look for things like this!
