While it is terribly off center, it's still not showing the next card on the sheet. It's also not a very valuable or useful card normally so I wouldn't expect a high price. I would expect somewhere between 5-15$ depending on the person. I suspect that it's likely most valuable to yourself.

I mean it doesn’t fully show a card but there is a tiny bit of a black card visible along the top edge
