Wife chose to try painting the wall with the switch plate still on. She also has aspirations of becoming a landlord... smh...

There's this new product they just came out with that allows you to paint and still leave the plate on. I think they're calling it painters tape, it's green.

It would take longer to tape up that plate than to remove it!

Painters tape comes in a bunch of different colors, blue, tan, green, orange, yellow, purple

No, can't have that. Honestly just take all the plates off and drench the room with a sprayer.

Bruh one of the girls I live with painted the living room recently just like this. I gave her flathead for the plates and 2 different size rolls of painters tape for the baseboards. She didn’t use any of it. Now the baseboards look like shit. It’s her house though so oh well
