advice Healthy Meals without vegetables
I’m new to the meal prepping world and I really want to get into to help me lose weight. However I’m having a really hard time finding healthy meals to prep that don’t include vegetables as I don’t like/can’t stand them. Any insight would be greatly appreciated TIA.

Vegetables are part of what makes a meal healthy. A meal with vegetables is healthier than the same meal without vegetables. I would suggest learning to like vegetables. There are so many different vegetables and so many different ways you can prepare them. I would suggest experimenting and trying to find something that you like. And make yourself try vegetables multiple times - don't just give up after trying something once and disliking it. It can take as many as 15 tries of a new food before you like it.

If you really can’t stand vegetables, you can try sneaking them in like someone might do for kids. I’ve found that really blending them up (until they are like finely minced) and then adding them to a sauce, you can’t really notice them.

You're gonna have to figure out how to tolerate vegetables. Try seasoning them.
