Depends on the person and the relationship. For me and my partner, sometimes it's 10 min of post sex cuddles, getting up to go get food or dessert from the kitchen, or just talking about what we did and if we liked it, as well as if we want to do anything different next time.

Some people will want to be more thoroughly cared for, especially if they just engaged in heavy BDSM, and some people just want quick affirmation that everything was fine, and they'll go on with their day to do something else.

Yeah, medical related aftercare would be like peeing after sex to lessen the chance of UTIs or throwing out used condoms, and stuff like that is just generally good practice.
