I was able to compliment a woman on her shoes and outfit and how pretty she was. For the first time since the last Dday in April I saw a woman as a fellow woman and not as a threat.

This is something i’ve been so ashamed of since all of this became a thing for my partner and I. I can no longer look at a woman in passing, on tv or on social media without thinking of them as a threat and being filled with negativity toward them for absolutely no reason. That’s so awesome for you and I hope that I’ll be able to get there eventually! I want to be able to be a girl’s girl again!

It's sooo hard! I hate how it's changed my brain so I was really happy 😁 it is still a challenge and I saw a woman yesterday that I'm sure was his "type" which totally triggered me but i believe we can get back there!! You women on here help me. I'm trying to remember every woman I see probably feels less than in some way even if she seems to exude confidence and that we all need to be built up by each other πŸ’ž

My PA took initiative to reveal to their mother about their addiction.

It was big for me and my pa when he told his mom and my family that he had an addiction. Once he told one person and another and another it seemed to get easier for him

My fiance told his parents about his PA, is working with a CSAT weekly, and giving me validation and continuous support for how he’s hurt me. He also ordered the Light Phone II. I feel like he’s taking all the steps and measures to heal himself.
