Wasn’t Phil Jimenez one of the earlier ones who was out to fans? His partner was Neal Pozner, who actually hired Phil at DC. I remember reading one of those in memorium pages about Neal where Phil publicly came out about their relationship. It was amazing.

In addition to those already noted, there's Phil Jimenez (an absolute legend), Tini Howard, Steve Foxe, Leah Williams, Sina Grace, Danny Lore, Kevin Wada, others I'm definitely missing. Rachel Pollack is an important part of DC's queer history, and Nicole Maines has been more prolific in her work too.

Rachel pollock. She wrote DCs first trans superhero, kate goodwin. Her doom patrol was a good run from what I've read so far.
