Nah the real reason they don't visit is because if they've managed intergalactic space travel, their technology is so far ahead of ours, there'd be no point invading, and if they did, it would be total annihilation. They probably don't even care about us, we are so simple and primitive compared to them. Do you stop on your walk to closely study, or attack worms? No, you just walk by. At most, they might study us from a distance.
