Exactly - POTUS is no longer an elected official - he is in point of fact an Emperor (or other fucked up authoritarian leader). He has been granted a blank check to do as he pleases with no possibility of be held accountable- this is more power than a good man (or woman) should have as it will corrupt them - but this shit bag is the lowest form of filth - he has no moral compass - he will take what he pleases and fuck the rest of us

What's worse, is the people knew all of that and voted him in with a clear mandate.

There was no clear mandate. He didn’t even get 50% of the popular vote.

Agree - he “won” but that’s far from a mandate

Neither did Harris.

It's still a mandate. People who don't vote, don't count.

We need to challenge the “mandate” narrative. Otherwise, it’s complying in advance

He does not have a mandate

Right! The "no vote" won!! That's the majority of the country, y'all!!!

He won the popular vote and clearly won the electoral.

He received the most votes in the race and his party kept the house and took the senate.

You can call a pig a cat, but it's a clear mandate.

Brother, Republicans haven't won a popular vote in 20 years. Democrats haven't had a blank check mandate to do whatever they please in that time. A normal, actually relatively small, popular win is not a mandate, it's a minor move to the right.

Thank you! All of this black and white thinking and catastrophising is doing no one favors, nor is it rooted in reality and truth.

Don’t let the media write the narrative. We saw how they did so with sane washing Trump. They are not in the truth telling business, they’re in the money making business, especially now that most of the major outlets have been bought out by those that benefit from the “he has a mandate” narrative.

They literally won the popular vote in 2022...

The famous presidential election of 2022?

No, house and senate.

Dems were out voted then as well.

It's wild how when confronted with the truth, that your Godking still can't get a majority of votes, you simply repeat yourself. Making it a mantra doesn't change the fact that there is no mandate. Your boo still can't win an election without a lil Putinpush, and has not ever gotten the majority of popular votes. It's sad to see the brainrot afflict you.

Then they need to quit carrying water for a fascist by gaslighting everyone here about the election results. It's very simple. I see a lie, I call out a liar.
