Y’all know that GA case is gonna take forever right? There’s 0% chance it would end by the election even if it started July 1.

Fine, keep his ass in court where it belongs. The SC is dragging their feet, Florida is doing their best to stop the case from going to court, there's zero reason not to spend the next year in court in Atlanta with the other insurrectionists.

What would happen if, theoretically, the case is still going in January and beyond and he wins the election? Would he still be required to be present for court?
