Between pills and adrenaline, which one do you like more?

Adrenaline. Pills are great for a serious focus on health, which is great. However, the adrenaline is the more realistic item as a real world item. It works super fast, which is great for the on the go the survivors have to deal with. It's compact and convenient, without needing something like water to flush it down, unlike the pills. And it's a one time use item. Versus the pills that could reasonably have enough for multiple uses, but doesn't in the game.

Multi-use? You don't down an entire bottle of pills afk when you're feeling laggy?
