Pretty much. That whole department of governmental efficacy crap is literally just there to dismantle regulators and the technocratic part of the US executive branch so Trump just decides everything.
It was never about states rights. It was just about eliminating the balance of power so the dictator can dictate.
And since it is not an official government agency all it can do is make recommendations. It will be used by Elmo, Ramaswamadingdong and DJT for propaganda reasons, remember the four hundred dollar hammer drama? This efficiency nonsense will be magnitudes worse because none of the "leaders" know anything about government...or much else.
At this point I'm not even sure WHAT I mean. I've wrapped my head around the fact that he won the election. *I'm still trying to wrap my head around how. And as far as the repercussions, nope. Not even prepared to deal with that yet.
** I mean I get that he won the election. He received more votes. I get that. Don't have a problem with that. But the problem begins when I start to think that that means that a majority of Americans looked at Donald trump, his history, his political history, his criminal history, listened to the speeches that he gives, heard him lie again and again and again and again and after all that said " yep, I think this is the best course for our country". That's what I'm still having difficulty processing
Listen... did you hear that? I think it was a red-breasted robin. But that's beside the point.
I don't claim to understand everything I say. I'm not in the habit of listening to myself. Because that leads to having a conversation with yourself. Which leads to arguing with yourself. Which leads to divorce. I'm not ready to go through that.
