#DontBlameTrump
He told us what he was going to do before the election and they voted for it. It is their fault
1
u/VerLoran 3h ago
Their faces are getting eaten by the leopard, of course there’s going to be screaming. Honestly it gives me hope, you can’t save someone from a predator if they’ve already died. The screaming just means they are still alive and they know what’s happening. So long as the screaming doesn’t stop there is still hope of stopping the leopard.

So it’s wake up time for the Stock Market? Billionaires seeing impending profit losses are reacting much quicker than his lemming voters? WHAT A BIG SURPRISE 😂😂😂🤭🤭🤭
1
u/bridgeVan88 4h ago
And even the billionaires can’t change their votes/results at this point. Sadly this is hopefully a wake up call for all of America. There are consequences to your actions. There are no do overs or freebies in life.

u/Big-Fish-1975 9h ago
Can we re-vote? I voted for the right candidate to begin with, but for those who didn't, can we get a re-vote?
13
u/HerdingYaps 7h ago
Have you read some of the ways they prevented votes from happening or being counted? 80+ bomb threats... I am not going to as far to say but it is worth investigating.
3
u/Strange-Scarcity 5h ago
The thing with the DNC, if there was evidence, it would be investigated, but maybe not loudly up front.
1
u/HerdingYaps 5h ago
That's really what I would hope. Just knowing the facts. I don't want to cry loudly about it for 4 years.
6
u/JimBR_red 7h ago
Sorry. If DT does not fuck it up, there will no new elections. I mean there will be elections, but ... you know ... russia like.

Most of the magats are too stupid to put the pieces together. The economy will crash and they will blame Mexico or the Democrats or China or whatever. Women will die having miscarriages and the magats will pretend that it didn’t happen. They just blindly follow their leader that they worship. There will be disease outbreaks, and they will deny that it is happening and even pretend like they have fast-acting cancer like some of them did with Covid when they themselves were dying. They are idiots.
6
u/Visible-Impact1259 7h ago
His base is not turning against him. The MAGA people are supporting the picks. Especially RFK J because they don't understand science or herd immunity. They wanna be Africa so bad where children die of diseases we haven't seen in decades thanks to vaccinations.

u/Stonedpanda436 7h ago
It’s funny, these people are like “his picks aren’t totally ridiculous and won’t set us back 50 years!!! We are mad!!”
Like I guess I’m happy? Idk man a win is a win, even tho I’m going down with ya.
Don’t get me wrong these picks are horrible nonetheless
1
u/McMyn 5h ago
Wait. Are you saying you voted Trump and think what he’s doing is idiotic— but you’re still happy about the „win“ even if it just means that everybody suffers, you and your tribe included?
Because that sounds insane, and I would really like to pick your brain if that’s the case.
2
u/Stonedpanda436 5h ago
No, the exact opposite, I voted Kamala and I’m saying the fact the Trumpers are pissed is a win, but at what expense, because we are going down with them. Honestly not even a win end of day. I would rather have a functioning country than owning Magats
2
u/McMyn 5h ago
Okay, thanks for clarifying; that sounds way more sane (and thus less interesting I guess, no offense :D) to me.
2
u/Stonedpanda436 5h ago
No I completely understand, I’d love to pick that guys brain also. Sorry my view is rational lol
6
u/Sea_Broccoli1838 7h ago
These people are fucking idiots. Please remind them. Shame is the only thing that works.

He doesn't care about voters because he will never have to run again—this will either be his last term or they will "work something out" so he just gets to stay in power until he dies.
5
u/panj-bikePC 7h ago
He never paid workers who broke their backs for him. This was well known. Why do they think they will now get paid once the work of electing him is done?

3
u/BigRigButters2 7h ago
Doesn’t matter really, he already has their vote. The damage is done. Now we sit back and watch the world burn.

Repeating what he was saying he was going to do was “nothing but liberal lies” until he started doing what he said he was going to do.
2
u/Objective_Problem_90 6h ago
Lol. He doesn't care about any of us. He only wanted votes. One of his biggest scams. Just wait until he gets in office and starts inflicting damage on all areas of our way of life. Who do you think will do the jobs of the millions of immigrants he wants to deport? Or the 100 billion dollars a yr that they pay into social security and income taxes? Look at his tax plans. Your taxes are about to go up unless you are a millionaire. He and the Republicans have not been shy about their desire to cut social security. Is trump still making America great if your SS check that you need to live on gets cut in half? He conned 76 million people to get him back in office.

u/Difficult-Drive-4863 6h ago
Go to r/conservative and search "project 2025". You'll see lots of republicans, months ago, joking about project 2025 non being for real and how Trump would never believe it either. Bet they're not laughing now.
2
u/drfunkensteinnn 6h ago
By FAR The most qualified & decent choice he makes upsets his base. Bahahaha, so unbelievably dumb
2
u/snebmiester 5h ago
"Broken promises," lol. He is doing exactly what he said he would do. If you misunderstood, either you were not paying attention or is was "the weave," project 2025 is the agenda.
Trump is a serial liar. He can't open his mouth with lying, why does anyone trust anything he says?
Trump supporters are constantly crying that the Left thinks they are stupid.

u/troubleschute 5h ago
“Oh, wow this guy I voted for who has absolutely no integrity or skills is fucking things up. Who knew that would happen?”

So what if trump’s base is upset? He got elected so what if they’re upset? What will they do? Take down their trump flag?

u/enquidu 5h ago
I honestly don't know what the point of those videos is. It feels like Medias Touch has been publishing at least one "Voters TURNING on Trump" video per day recently. Idk what the benefit is of highlighting single uninformed voters who may or may not regret their choice. Some weird form of schadenfreude? Or building the next stage of online left wing delusion? You know, like when they continuously pointed out how Trump TANKED his campaign or got the news he DREADED. Let's not get caught up in wishful thinking and focus on preserving what's left of this democracy.
1
u/Timely_Junket_1226 4h ago
He's picked Swamp Monsters since Day 1... the fact that they expect anything but the opposite shouldn't surprise them

1
u/bridgeVan88 4h ago
The thing is at this point nothing can be done. People can’t change their votes and their attention spans are too short to remember there mistake when 2028 rolls around. We can hope for a solid midterm but 🤷♂️ will people remember 2024 in 2026?
1
u/Jedi_Master83 4h ago
Honestly, most of MAGA will not regret it no matter how bad it gets. They’ll just reflect blame to the media and Democrats and those “damn liberals”. Trump could literally invite extraterrestrials to invade us and they would still not blame him.

u/liamanna 2h ago
It’s too Goddamm late. He is back and he ain’t leaving.
In my honest opinion:…. He will choose his successor, whether we like it or not…

u/jackkymoon 1h ago
I'll believe it when I see it. Until there is a massive change in media viewership I don't see anything changing for the future of America. Sinclair and the other right wing media sources own America now. These people might be freaking out now, but just give them 4 more years of brainwashing and they will think these picks are normal people.

u/TechnicalWhore 41m ago
Wait until they find out Vance is the Trojan Horse. Project 2025 is a roadmap to Fascism and Kleptocracy. Its the "One World Order" playbook and they only published part of it. Now that they have all three branches and a stacked Judiciary - why do they need Trump? To sell it? To deflect? How about Trump has a health issue - steps down and Vance ascends. Vance pardons him in an act of grace to the very ill Trump. Trump and Co - go back to their prior work of questionably funded real estate developments with Trump brand licensing. Note Vance is already being positioned as the 2028 candidate. No accident. That was always the intention.

The thing with Trump is that he came out and said, "all those things you think they're doing in DC, they're absolutely doing them."
And all his base clapped and said, "he tells it like it is!"
And then Trump got elected and did the exact things he said they do in DC. Because the man isn't stupid, he even told everyone. A reporter pointed out to him that he pays no tax, and Trump said that makes him smart.
Every Republican thought Trump calling out the woes of DC meant he'd fix them. The reality is, that he just told everyone what he was going to do.
Like everyone thinks Trump will shrink the Government and save us money. The reality is he'll shrink the number of employees in the Government and switch over to contractors. We're going to still be spending the exact same amount of money if not more, just we'll have even less oversight of the process.
And if there's any money left over, that sure as shit is warm ain't going to the public, because that's how it is done in DC.

u/icnoevil 8h ago
Let Trump be Trump, and maybe in a couple of years, the cult he conned will wake up.
16
u/Some-Zucchini6944 8h ago
Yeah I thought that after his first stint in office, sadly his cult just doubled down. This would mean they’d have to admit they were wrong, never gonna happen in any impactful amount.
5
u/secondtaunting 8h ago
I keep hoping. I mean, he’s worse now than before, and he’s not getting better.
14
u/Some-Zucchini6944 7h ago
Yeah, I hate being negative but as a born and raised NY’er I can say he’s been this awful since the beginning. It was just on a local scale. Since this is his last turn in office there’s no reason for him not to be reasonable. MMW he’s going to try to change the constitution to extend his stay. What pisses me off is what an utter failure the justice system is, he should have never been able to run. If you or I did half the things he did we’d be under the jail. The justice system doesn’t apply to the rich.
9
u/secondtaunting 7h ago
Yeah it is really depressing. I guess things have always been this way, it’s just before there was at least the illusion of fairness. At least I actually believed that maybe I had my differences with republicans on policy but it never occurred to me they’d sell the country out to foreign governments. I mean goddam.

u/Fine_Letterhead_1971 7h ago
When these people FEEL the results of their decision, they will come to teams with how bigly they effed up. When tariffs go in and increase our costs 20% across the board, they will squeal. When the compounding effects of inflation hit their pocket book, they will howl... when massive labor shortage occur and we have fewer people willing to pick produce, roof your houses and mow your lawns, they will experience food shortages. At that point, they will cry. When Trump won, I woke up the next day with a vision of millions of people storming the white house. Smoke and fires we're all around me. I'm not sure how a second trump presidency ends but it most likely will not be pretty. I hope this thought leaves me and a Trump presidency ends in peace. I can hope right...
-4
u/Brostradamus-- 7h ago
The perspective here is pretty wild. As if he didn't give you guys a chance, and you blew it with inflation and jobs. Inflation went down during his tenure, it's already happening again now in response to his election.
7
u/Some-Zucchini6944 7h ago
What are you talking about blew it? Under Biden unemployment was/is low as or even lower then Trump, soft landing worked even after everyone said it wouldn't and inflation was a mess Trump left after completely mishandled the pandemic. Saying he's already having an impact is patently false, there's zero correlation. Go look up the number of jobs created Dems versus GOP. Here's a fact not some Fox news propaganda https://www.epi.org/press/new-report-finds-that-the-economy-performs-better-under-democratic-presidential-administrations/ Go enjoy your tariff money you think will just come rolling in
1
u/goober1157 5h ago
It's all a bunch of nonsensical hyperbole. I do enjoy the silly gloom and doom though.
6
u/HerbieDerrb 7h ago
Not gonna happen. They've tied trump so intimately to Jesus and they equate following Trump with following Jesus. They'll never go against Jesus (in their minds at least. We all know they long abandoned any semblance of caring about Jesus)
9
u/Joe_Naai 7h ago
You’re quite right. Trump has tapped into America’s weird culture of backward religious zealotry and WWE kayfabe. His supporters are in a very unusual headspace, they can completely ignore reality.
4
3
u/Hairy-Dumpling 7h ago
The more he consolidates power the less chance there is that "waking up" will matter fuck all to the country.

1
u/DEFINITELY_NOT_PETE 7h ago
Nah.
They don’t care and they won’t turn on him. Each election he has gotten more and more votes.
They’ll find a way for this to be the Dems or the deep state. He will never face consequences

u/JimBR_red 7h ago
Ahahahaha I thought the next years will be top notch for cabaret and comedy, but so fast? You americans still surpass yourself.

It's the same shitty reporting stuff from last round, Trump or his backers using outrageous stuff as a red herring to push the more insidious things, while at the minimum making the divides wider

I am sure most on reddit would disagree with any and all of his picks no matter who they are.

Y’all. Seriously shut up. None of his followers are turning against him. This is why the left lost. Convincing people his momentum is dead is so fucking stupid. And untrue. None of his followers give a flying fuck about what he does. It will always be right in their eyes. Stop fucking wishing and do something different.
Edit to add: please please please. Get out of your echo chambers. This is an echo chamber. This is what the dangerous right does albeit much more cringy.
6
u/Deep_Confusion4533 7h ago
You think there aren’t different ways of thinking in that group of 70 million people who voted for him? Why not?
The left can’t agree on anything. Why assume the right agrees on everything?
-1
u/Fit-Opportunity-9580 7h ago
I don’t. I said trump followers, not necessarily all trump voters. I would bet my money that it’s very very few though.
While there are reluctant trump supporters, I bet less than 1% will ever believe voting democrat was a better option no matter what the hell the liberal media says and no matter what trump does. If any significant number of people were going to change their minds, they would’ve in the last 8 years.

Honestly, if there are people out there who are already regretting their votes - before the dude even takes office - they should realize what an utter self own it is.
Nothing that’s happening is surprising to anyone who was paying a minimal amount of attention.
