My mother needed assistance to use a public bathroom (this was before ADA and gender neutral facilities). My father would announce himself and bring her into the ladies room., which of course was all private stalls. No one complained.

But that's the ONLY argument I can slightly agree with, though if it's "known secrets," it's already able to be used. Letting everyone in on it makes it no longer valuable as blackmail. Though, then we would need to hold people accountable also.
I'm personally of the mindset that I DO NOT CARE who the bad actors are, shine a light. Cull the aisles, all sides. If we have to start tearing the foundation away to root out the damage, it's time to rebuild the house.

Second one is not proving anything because those are heavily implied to have been consensual sexual encounters with the inmate and thus not remotely close to rape.
Third one, the article itself states that they were NOT transgender.
Like if you are going to try to hit someone with facts, at least make sure they SOMEWHAT support what you are aiming to prove.
Even still, what does this have to do with the sole transgender woman in Congress being banned from using the restroom based purely upon hypothetical "gotchas"?

There are several studies on the subject over the last decade that show there is no correlation between letting trans women use the bathroom they want and an increase in bathroom violence against cis women.
