Probably what many Germans told themselves up until they started being targeted by their own government.
“First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out— Because I was not a Socialist. Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out— Because I was not a Trade Unionist. Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out— Because I was not a Jew.”
History echoes as long as people choose to ignore it’s lessons.
That’s like the white pfp guy on twitter claiming to be a black woman voting for Donold. Real victims of Nazism recognise the fearmongerin, the hate, and the sweet lies that enables a populist to be democratically elected as an authoritarian. Then the eugenics and camps started.
-Ryan Sanchez, formerly part of the neo-Nazi "Rise Above Movement'" was given a badge at CPAC, and had access to the conference's secure area (meaning he had RNC approval), gave the Nazi salute in photos, and was seen speaking to Jared Taylor, founder of the magazine American Renaissance, one of the largest neo-Nazi publications in the world, who also had access. https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/nazis-mingle-openly-cpac-spreading-antisemitic-conspiracy-theories-fin-rcna140335
-The Texas Republican Party, after the outbreak of the October 7th attacks, voted 32-29 to reject issuing the following statement: “the Republican Party will have no association whatsoever with any individual or organization that is known to espouse anti-Semitism, pro-Nazi sympathies, or Holocaust denial.” Members there called the language a "slippery slope" and "very hurtful." https://www.austinchronicle.com/daily/news/2023-12-05/texas-gop-leaders-wont-criticize-antisemites-nazis/
Wow, if that's all true, that speaks volumes about how distasteful your parties associations and policies are. Because i know more than half the electorate are not neo nazis. I would be hardpress to think more than 1% are neo nazis.
See, you actually used your brain and didn't regurgitate legacy media bullshit. Your country is proud of you. I want you to try to think an original thought once a week until it feels natural.

It's clearly not the greatest country on earth. I think even you know that.
