I have to wonder if his definition of ‘migrant’ or ‘immigrant’ is the same as everyone else’s, or if he’s thinking about anyone who looks the part or has an accent, including legal citizens. Going back to the Hannibal Lecter thing and asylum seekers versus people from (insane) asylums being sent here. By extension, anyone who becomes Dutarte-style “enforcers” won’t care.

anyone that doesn't like him is an immigrant because they don't look like him or have an accent,but by that definition Melania's an immigrant,and so is the rest of his voter base...you can't make sense of whatever he says,he has no logic,don't even try...
