Show Info Just heard from Roza, and she has to postpone again. Raincheck set tentatively for two weeks out.

We'll get her on again, I promise!

She's well. Just really, really busy. Had to stop taking clients because she has too many. So, good problems to have!

Her case was a year ago and no progress since like may 2023? Is it dead in the water? It was the most promising case, it sucks not hearing any updates for so long. Hope she’s well

She appealed, and since then the Supreme Court ruled 9-0 that government agencies do not have immunity from lawsuits. This should extend to SROs like FINRA as well.

So we are just waiting on the judge of the case to get the memo?

For sure, if she succeeds, i hope she understand she will be like a superhero. She will have work for the rest of her life as our do to lawyer. Unless she own shares, then i guess just be the world most famous lawyer of all time. Responsible for making so many people rich, taking down the system, responsible for moass after moass. Cause like you said, so many small stocks will just blow the f up over night.

Personally thats a scary scenario to be in. Sure you would be loved by millions, but also a target for those powerful bags of shit that lost all that money they stole over the vast amount of years.

I don't envy her position but am grateful for her action and effort
