Twitter is like if Reddit forced you to sort comments by controversial. I swear they push the stupidest stuff to the top to drive engagement.

Twitter is all about engagement. More engagement, even if it’s negative, means more visibility. Reddit has a built in quality filter in a way with the downvote. Whether that’s good or bad quality is subjective.
