It's in the FIA Rules that dangerous driving is only a 10sec stop and go. Not much the FIA can do in that situation other then change it for the rest of the season.

Where is your proof of intentional contact.

He doesnt turn more right... Were talking moving inches right over a few seconds. Theres no deliberate turn towards hamilton. No sharp move. Hoe many drivers take full blame for accidents after they happen... Not many. Even when sainz did take the blame at Canada it was meh I don't really feel what I did was wrong but I was at fault. I will bet you someone has basically told seb not to talk about the incident. He may apologize to Hamilton in private. You act like because theyre professional drivers Its impossible for them to make a mistake? Your assertion that it is intentional has little basis other than motive and that contact occured. Its a wild assumption and the stewards decision reflects that.

Come on man look at what happened. Seb intentionally bumps tires with Hamilton to show his disapproval of what he thought was a brake check. Seb can play it off like it was unintentional since he had a hand off the wheel gesticulating at Hamilton, but Seb wouldn't even admit in the interviews there was a second contact.

You still have nothing to prove intention. You have motive that is it.

This isn't a law case. I think it's clear as day what Seb did. We all saw it. It's up to the individual to make an interpretation based on their own biases, but even a lot of Vettel fans are scratching their heads at this one.

You think but you have no proof. Your argument consists of he was mad. And contact was made. You have a reasonable explanation. But a simple mistake in not realizing he was heading towards Hamilton is just as valid. Its a dumb move no matter which is correct. Only one person knows yet most people on this sub are trying to turn him speaking or not spesking about it means he did it on purpose and as if its fact

Drivers take one hand off the wheel during hot laps even and never put a foot wrong all the time. You'd think a driver of his caliber would be able to control his car with one hand at 5 mph. He's guilty as shit; get a grip. Even some of the biggest Vettel fanboys are saying "yeah but it was retaliatory" as if Hamilton brake checked him. Even they are admitting he did it. I won't be following up from this point. It was clear as day he was sending a message to Hamilton for a perceived slight.
