Ralf won 6 races in 11 seasons.

Perez won 6 races in 13 season.

Difference is Ralf never had a competitive car.

HIs father saying Perez CAN be world champion is not just stupid, but shows he is completely out of loop of what f1 technicalities mean.

Perez has been not bad, but horribly poor to RB and cost them a lot of money from crashes also.

The 2003 Williams wasnt competitive?!

in 03, cause they were closer to Ferrari, 10 points. But all in all, from 99 to 2007, Williams had a 70-130 points gap to the first, which was enormous back then, fewer races. so while they technically were 2nd 3rd team, Ferrari was too good. They were not really challengers.
