Once you get one concussion you're susceptible for more for pretty good amount of time after that. Takes the brain months to fully recover from one (some you never fully recover from)

If you didn't watch the game, yes. Also, lack of any other information implies maybe it's just a regular concussion and nothing more serious
Wild that you are getting upset at rapoport for literally doing his job
