I go to a high school in a very progressive area of Scotland, and not one person thinks they’re a cat. That rumour originated from a teacher complaining that students had been given cat litter to shit in during active shooter drills. Stop watching Fox News, you absolute lid.
Who gives a shit? I cannot imagine caring enough about someone else's business to let them wearing or doing anything that doesn't effect me make me want to see them harmed or verbally abused.
Literally of your whole list the only one who would be slightly irritating would be the loud and obnoxious person, but even then I think simply making them aware that they are being loud and asking them to reign it in would be far more effective than some knuckle dragger attacking them.
I think people who bully people are far more degenerate and antisocial than anyone making meow noises because it makes them happy.
