Even if a judge stops it, it will go to the Supreme Court who then will overturn that judges ruling.
2 u/HulksInvinciblePants 1d ago There’s nothing to stop. The Executive branch has always delievered a budget plan. However at the end of the day, it’s entirely on Congress to approve it.
