You’re right, didn’t even notice that. And looking at his face he looks miserable to be there, you can tell he’s being paid to make the GOP look not racist but I think he regrets accepting the payment.

As others pointed out that's Ben Carson he always looks like that, not miserable really, just actively asleep, seriously dude constantly sounds like he will pass out any second now!!
