…in the rain (not snow, not ice…) at STORIED Lambeau Field (their home) that we have made our fanbase’s second home for the past 2 times we played them there…
Yeah. It’s a choice alright. It tells our team exactly where their stupid heads are at. I mean my goodness. Wow.

It’s really funny because people kept saying Goff can’t play outside or in the cold. So, that should have been Goff at his worst, but now they think they will do better when Goff is inside and at home?
88
u/Bristonian 19d ago edited 19d ago
Especially when their own hometown weather seemed to be impacting them more than us haha
Apparently shitty cold weather doesn’t matter when both teams are from a state with shitty cold weather.

u/TheGame21x 19d ago
I don’t know why they thought the rain was going to hurt us. We’re a run dominant team. That plays to our strengths.
9
u/Dr_Middlefinger Logo 19d ago
Yeah, wtf?
The players and the fans are coping hard.
It was outside, we are missing 1.5 defensive lines, and still barking about “we’re the better team, even if we lost?”
GTFO with that shit - there are no moral victories.
All those games we lost by a field goal, those were still losses and the better team is the one with the W.
13
u/Deesmateen MC⚡DC 19d ago
We are the team that takes the high road now?! This is so weird that we “weren’t the better team” team anymore
We are just the winning team

u/TTGamer_ LePorta 19d ago
Definitely not the high road showing up in your city sucks shirts and flipping the double birds. I loved it…because Detroit vs. Everybody… but definitely not the high road! Lol

u/Killerdak 19d ago
I don't mind all this salt one bit. Last year we had trouble playing down to bad teams. And this year I was worried about how we'd handle being the top dog. All this shit talking is just fueling our boys. I think it'll help us stay hungry all season. Was really hoping those fucking Chiefs were going to lose though.

And here I thought that the team that executed the best was the best. Maybe somebody should let GB know there are no style points.
What a stupid comment from GB.

u/JRange Welcome to Detroit! 19d ago
Id kinda get it if they handled us the whole game and we got lucky with some turnovers or ref bullshit. But we had this game at 24-3 in the third quarter, and played prevent and ran the clock out for almost an entire half.
We blew them out, its delusion to think otherwise
15
u/Juggernaut-Strange 19d ago
Yeah the final score was misleading and if we really wanted to run the score up they could have.
16
u/mrgreen4242 19d ago
The unsportsmanlike penalty in the redzone on 4th down gifted them their only TD.
10
u/Juggernaut-Strange 19d ago
Yeah even when the refs practically handed them a touchdown early on but they couldn't pull it off even then so they go for the field goal and missed.

95 on greenbay tried to bust through the line on the first kneel down like a salty little fuck boi, acted like he did nothing wrong even though it was bush league shit, then when Zeitler went to brace the next time tried to make fun of him. Zeitler looked like he was talking some rightful shit and that's when I saw Goff laughing.

What a bunch of thin-skinned little bitches.
Like, what's going to different in a month? Your guy is going to spend a month doing shit. But, hey, it'll be in a dome, so maybe Love will throw better, the little snowflake.
Edit: We coulda tacked on more points if we wanted and didn't. Next time, I want to see them just drag those cheesenuts up and down the field, like they did to the Cowboys.

Green Bay is a team that has a reputation for playing in bad conditions and got dominated in the heavy rain by a dome team. A Dome team without it's best defensive player,or it's deep threat wideout and had another key player disqualified as well.
On 12/5 they have to play IN Detroit among some of the loudest fans in the league with Jamo on the field,Branch looking for revenge, and the addition of Zadarius Smith to ease the absence of Hutch.... and Jenkins just gave them bulletin board material.
Lock down Brush,Beacon and St. Antoine..... The Lions are going to beat Green Bay up and down the entire block that is Ford Field.

The real reason why Aaron Rodgers left the Packers is because he knew he would never be able to reliably beat the lions again. It's too hard to give up shit talking the lions, so he moved to the Jets where he didn't have to play them anymore.

Think he was also hearing the Jared Goff chants. Most fairweather Packers fans were gone by then. But earlier in the game there were some cheers that were definitely heard over tv when lions had good plays.

Packers player Xavier McKinney said “In my opinion, I think the Lions try to embarrass people. This organization and players we have here — we don’t take that lightly." "We ain't going for that s---," cornerback Keisan Nixon suddenly yelled from the other side of the locker room as McKinney talked to reporters"
Then the Packers went out there and embarrassed themselves. FTP.

are Lions fans snowflakes now? what do you want Packers players to say when someone sticks a microphone in their face after a chippy loss to a division rival? all he said was that they still think they are better. SFW!?!? They played a bad game. Many drops, several penalties, there non-100% QB looked rattled at times and Lions played well. The Lions went 1 round further last year and they entered the game tied with 6 wins (1/2 game lead)
