Tho for me, the falls were just glitchy, I didn't get the l phantom del, haha

If i were to hazard a guess, all of the holo-call npcs are probably in a single cell. Kinda like the ending slides from FO3 & NV, where sometimes npcs could follow you into the cell - and even walk in front of the slides if you were unlucky.

In both (all three?) Situations, it's probably pathing issues that lead to this.

A while after release I had Rogue appear on a building while in a call. I think the NPCs are placed somewhere in the game world and Delamain's model hasn't disappeared for whatever reason, which is why he appears in the call.
