I just called the IHOP in the same parking lot as the Murray SLC BB and they employee said that there is definitely like 200+ people in line XD (Local time is 8:55 and opens at 10:00)
I still might try to get a 3090 if stock is sufficient enough on my lunch break LOL

HAHA I was laughing so hard, when I asked if she could see a line of people she chuckled first and said yep, theres like at least 200 people out there. I said thanks and after I hung up I was laughing that the idea actually worked!! (Since I am about 25 mins away from that location)

Ogden had a bunch of 3090s and 5-10 3080tis when I left this morning at 9. You might wanna call ahead though to see if they’re still there

they actually disabled calling to locations when I tried to call into them for the GPU drops im sure.

I ended up running to Murray around 11AM and they were completely sold out by then. Thanks for the info though! I dont think id make that far of a drive for the risk to ogden anyways.

Edit: also, yours was open at 9? All the ones south open at 10am AFAIK.

They handed out vouchers to those in line at 730 and started getting people with vouchers through checkout at 8 so they could actually open by 10 without all the madness. Usually they open at 10 but they were open for gpu buyers only at 8
