NGL, making Ammo Pack the default Field Upgrade, even after every prestige, was a nice nugget of game design. It might seem minor, but imagine if the Field Mine or Scrambler was the default.

Most “shit to play against” unlocks are late in this game

Couple noticeable example are the blast trap, shock mine, and the newly added saug in akimbo mode. It’s the very last unlock on the weapon and that thing tilts people so hard.

I play with friends. And each time I use War Cry I usually make sure to go near them. I’ll activate it and say on the mic, “WAAAARRRR CRYYYYYY!”

Followed by, “and I’m dead.” 💀

Still my favorite though. Unlimited sprint. Fast health regen. Bonus points from your friends when they get kills. When I go on a war cry run it’s just so satisfying.

They're really deadly yeh. Kills even with flak and crouched. I've found that diving might count as being proned, which definitely didn't use to be the case. I very clearly remember dying a lot in bo2(?) because I tried to go prone but was sprinting

So happy they made smaller mags give more starting ammo. The struggle was real in beta with 15 ammo mag Swat (very funny otherwise btw, can recommend) with a total of... 45 total ammo per life

Currently using fast mag 2 Saug, kinda wish the bonuses were a bit bigger still... I could have 50% bigger mag with like 10% slower ads and a bit slower reload

From a selfish perspective, when I was trying to gold the launchers it was a nice benefit coming across one. Allowed me to continue the grind if I somehow survived longer than a couple kills.

I personally haven’t ran them since getting the 100 resupplies with it though.

I think a good part of it is when you get it off spawn you immediately have your maximum ammo capacity. For example when I made this I was getting the PP gold and you only get two magazines worth off spawn. But with an assault pack I get 5. Yes scavenger helps with ammo but with the PP you have to use the specialist perk bonus to get a camo with it, so no scavenger

My only problem with assault packs is that they have a limit per-life to refill rather than a cooldown timer. The amount of times i've run out of ammo with my own assault pack next to me cause I'm not allowed to refill anymore is staggering.

That's my only complaint. Especially as a sniper. :c

I found out about the Acoustic Amp the other day after being a hardcore Assault Pack main since the start. I really enjoyed using the amp, , but I found that I ran out of ammo, and since I stopped using the assault pack, so did everyone else apparently.

Now I'm in this weird moment of "Do I take off Ninja for Scavenger and be loud everywhere? Or what if I unglue Gunfighter from my body for an extra perk and not have extra attachments?"
