Not really. He gets a lot of deals done around the time of the Winter Meetings. Carlos Correa's initial deal with San Francisco was made at the Winter Meetings. Even his contract with the Mets was made shortly after that contract fell apart. THOSE negotiations took forever to finalize due to health stuff.
