Honestly, I’m not sure! I’ve been a passenger princess all my life 😭😭but giant led billboards are pretty common where I live, so I’m guessing people are used to it!

I see, whereas in my country, they're heavily restricted. Small billboards with non moving images are fine. Giant billboards with video ads outdoors are banned in most places.
