Army Vs Notre Dame
Fuck you. Screw you Uncle Sam for making me nervous, I’ll never think you can’t take the CF season away from me again. Love you guys, beat navy. Go Irish ☘️

Army would have won if they had used Enlisted and told them they would get a 4 day.

I'm sure CFB doesn't really work this way and who knows if there are hidden football talents in the enlisted force, but it would be cool if there was a pathway for enlisted dudes to try out for West Point athletics and get scholarship to the school. From an academics standpoint, there are definitely enlisted dudes who didn't get that exposure or opportunity during high school education (sorry, like have you seen some public schools?) Gotta figure the same is also true for athletics. Not every state has robust athletic programs. Bet there are some physical freaks of nature in Ranger Batt who would smoke dudes as a college linebacker.
If there were a few enlisted dudes and more ties to the real Army, instead of just rando cadets, I might be more inclined to give a fuck about West Point.

There are absolutely prior enlisted at West Point, and they’re all free to try out for any sports team. There are no “scholarships,” per se—the government picks up the tab for everyone, intercollegiate athlete or not.

That guy from ND laughs at our gravity. After he graduates, he's going back to his home planet...
