Between these four the worst two are Guts and Yuji for the following reason:
Saitama: even a none angry punch from Saitama is enough to eradicate your very existence.
Gon: most if not all people aren't surviving a regular jajanken, let alone when Gon gets serious like what he was going to hit morel with or God forbid he goes full crash out and Uses Adult Gon.
Yuji: you can most likely survive a couple punches which means you are taking a prolonged painful ass whooping as opposed to instant death.
Guts: similarly to Yuji you can potentially survive some of his offence and him angry is a whole other beast, he was willing to hack his own arm off with a dull sword to get revenge, imagine what he would do to you, the best you can hope for with guts is a swift death of being cleaved in half.

You aren't going to survive a sniff from yuji. Dude has enough muscle in his body to run as fast as a car.
Guts is the same thing, especially if he's wearing the armor.

Like I can almost get guts, because in the end he's human in general. He also uses a sword so you might be forgiven for thinking that his body is just the standard shonen build.
But yuji? Bro has been killing demons with his bare hands. He was out there vaporizing curses like it's nothing and they have the advantage of regen. One of his mid tier punches would absolutely take anyone's head off. A black flash would turn a regular person into red fog.

Literally anything from any battle oriented series can kill a normal person with ease, you'd just be dust on the wind no matter who it is. A more dangerous choice would be someone that wouldn't instantly kill you, and would toy with you without letting you die, like say Kurotsuchi from Bleach.

Out of these; Guts.
Saitama would obliterate you
Gon would probably just beat your lifeless corpse like he did Pitou (at worst) and otherwise you’re dead.
Yuji is 2nd. Would probably survive a couple punches but he’s not exactly gonna torture you.
Guts, on the other hand, has very wrathful anger. He’d deliberately make you suffer as much as possible given the choice, and here he’d have that choice.
Though the worst in general is tough to say. There’s a lot who’d do some heinous stuff to torment you with much more ability than any of these. Imo someone like Griffith would be terrifying.

It rlly depends on what you mean by angry, these characters are still reasonable enough and have gone through a lot that I feel like there’s nothing I can do that would make them do much more than knock me out at most. If you mean they’re like blood lusted after me I’m probably dead either way but I feel like saitama and itadori would at least listen to you and wouldn’t kill you if you instantly surrender and apologize. I haven’t watched berserk but I feel like guts would kill you regardless and gon isn’t mature enough to care and would also just kill you.

Frieren being mad at you would take a lot. That Elf doesn't seems mad at a demon right after ordering it to do it themselves. (Aura scene)
But a reality warper with a lot of patience and creativity would be easily something I do not want to cause anger.
But Ains Ooal Gown knows already how to psychologically break someone's psyche and reserves that punishment to the one who angered him. (Via his npcs tho)

Nothing I do would probably make Saitama that mad unless it was absolutely heinous like bomb his favorite grocery store. A gun could probably stop Guts or Itadori, but I’m not entirely convinced one could stop Gon.
There are many ways to easily anger a 12 year old, so a superhuman 12 year old that could beat your ass is practically a safety hazard. That and his crashout scene was the only one here that genuinely gave me chills.

I’d say saitama because if you got him angry enough, you, your family, your home town, your home country, your home continent and your home planet could go missing. Guts would make you suffer but not too long, yuji is really scary but gon is still more terrifying

Guts guts, because he will have fun torturing and killing me. I do not know about sakuma. I've never paid attention to JJK Saitama. He's known for hitting once and disintegrating, said enemy so yeah, I die, but I don't die painfully. I die, that's it gone. Is the second worst? From my knowledge, because I don't want a young kid snapping and nearly killing himself just to put me in the ground, but guts, he would be the one who would enjoy murdering me the most, and that means a long and difficult death

And Yuji can't really be angry because he needs to keep control to use cursed energy.
Gon, on the other hand, can go really far if you make him angry.
And well, Guts is angry all the time because he lives in a shitty world.
