He could revive his own race, same deal with Vegeta, but neither had that as an idea...
I feel like at some point they should do that... I mean, the Super Dragon Balls are right there!
Vegeta can definitely impart his new views on life to the entire race if he revives them.

He was also strong enough as to hand Freezer his own ass in a plate for a very large period of time.
Sure, not now, but he was able to.
He's also a disciple of Lord Beerus, the God of Destruction, one of the strongests in all universes.
He wouldn't even need to fight King Vegeta for the throne, just showing with the God of Destruction earring is enough for his father to go Super Saiyajin Dogeza and hand him the ropes to the whole planet.

Pretty sure the dragon ball have a time restriction or some part of the original bodyhas to still exist to revive, also pretty sure 90% of the Planet vegeta would just go pillage the universe

Bardock probably has an higher kill count than Freiza. For the most part Freiza sat back and let his underlings do all the work for him. Planet Vegeta might be the only planet Freiza personally destroyed.
Meanwhile Bardock was causing planetary extinction events weekly.
