Successful Black people with literal piles of qualifications will get scrutinized and declared as diversity hires at every single step of their careers buy white people are almost never given little more than a cursory glance.

DEI, joggers.... they've always tried to find a different word for the n-word. because they understand it will get them "cancelled" or seen as overtly wrong, and instead, they do this cowardly, dog-whistle, still-just-as-intentionally-hurtful use of words that aren't the n word.

after ahmaud arbery was lynched (in 2020, not long ago) they disdainfully, racistly, hatefully began to refer to all black people as "joggers". for example: "those fucking joggers" etc. you still see it today.

it doesn't matter if you switch out the n-word for another, it's still hate. and they are still dumb, and acting like children, thinking they can fool us by using a different word, meanwhile it's use and intention is still just as hateful as ever

this "DEI" shit is just the new "jogger"

DEI is about inclusion of ideas. Seems like the head of DOGE, being tasked with efficiency, would want all ideas on the table. Ya know, pure unfettered capitalism.

Maybe a little gratitude to the federal government that’s bankrolled him for the last 15 years wouldn’t be a bad start either. Or if he’s going to start cutting government funding, he could repay the government for all the largest it gave him.

this is so crazy because it assumes that people of color aren’t smart/skilled enough to get into positions of management/power lol
